John Mulaney wants to end his marriage with Anna Marie Tendler officially as he waits for the arrival of his baby with his girlfriend, Olivia Munn.

Mulaney, 39, hired a new lawyer to represent him for his divorce from Tendler. The comedian has reportedly hired John Teitler, whose NYC law firm, Teitler & Teitler, is well-known for representing Goldman Sachs execs and divorce battles involving huge money, Page Six reported.

The same firm previously represented Matt Lauer's ex-wife Annette Roque and Harry B. Macklowe's former wife, Linda Macklowe. Sources told the outlet that he wanted to speed up the divorce process as he and his girlfriend, 41, get themselves ready for the arrival of their bundle of joy.

"John wants to speed things up and get the divorce done," an unnamed source told the outlet. "He’s becoming a father, so he switched to a new law firm with a reputation of being tough and efficient."

Teitler and Elizabeth White Bass represent the former "Saturday Night Live" star. However, they didn't return calls when Page Six asked them for comments.

Meanwhile, Tendler, 36, hired family law attorney Eleanor Alter. She has an equally powerful client roster, including Mia Farrow (for her custody battle against Woody Allen), Madonna, Robert De Niro, John Lennon, Ethan Hawke, and Uma Thurman.

Alter's law firm, Alter, Wolff & Foley, also declined to comment on the matter.

An insider close to Mulaney's estranged wife spoke with Page Six in September and claimed that Tendler was aware of Mulaney's alleged affair with other women before he went to rehab in December last year. The comedian was the one who asked for a divorce, and it was reportedly difficult for Tendler, especially after hearing that his new girlfriend, Munn, is pregnant.

"John was using Anna Marie to protect himself. But still, she was very heartbroken that he decided to end her marriage, she was heartbroken how it went down, it wasn’t something that she wanted, she wanted to work it out. I am sure this news about the pregnancy will be very difficult for her," the insider told the outlet.

Meanwhile, another tipster said Mulaney and Munn's relationship is facing "uncertainty." Sources close to the "X-Men: Apocalypse" star are not optimistic about their future together, saying, "This has been an imperfect relationship from the start."
