Kate Middleton is not to blame for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's decision to move to Windsor.

A few days back, the palace confirmed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are moving out of Kensington Palace and would be staying at their Frogmore home in Windsor. Many were initially shocked and found it odd as it had been announced earlier that Prince Harry and Middleton would be moving to a bigger apartment next to Prince William and Middleton within the palace grounds.

Jamie Micklethwaite of Daily Star hinted that there could be another reason why Prince Harry and Markle wanted to move to Windsor and this had nothing to do with Middleton. According to him, this could be due to Markle's attitude where "she gets what she wants."

"She's a woman who has lived her life into her 30s in her way," an insider said. "She's been a relatively successful actress, has her own humanitarian interests and her own circle of friends."

"She is quite opinionated and Harry has got very dictatorial of late, which hasn't made things easy at times," the insider added. "But while there are some tensions behind the scenes, Kate is pretty unflappable and nothing has become bad enough to make Harry and Meghan want to move out."

The insider also claimed that the real reason for Prince Harry and Markle's decision to move out of the palace could be due to the lack of space. "The truth is there simply isn't enough room at Kensington Palace for them and I know they have been looking at Windsor as a possibility since before the wedding," the insider added.

But this reason might sound unreasonable as, initially, it was announced that Prince Harry and Markle would move from Nottingham Cottage to Apartment 1, a 21-bedroom mansion on the west side of Kensington Palace. The place is close to Prince William and Middleton's home, Apartment 1A. In fact, there's a shared door between the two, Vogue previously reported.

A few days back, an insider claimed that Middleton and Markle's rift made Prince Harry and his wife decide to leave the palace. "Kate and Meghan are very different people," the insider said. "They don't really get on." Meanwhile, another insider claimed that there was a tension between Prince William and Prince Harry which made the Duke and Duchess of Sussex realized that they didn't want to live near Prince William and Middleton.
