Kate Middleton and Prince Harry reportedly have a difficult relationship amid the fab four’s alleged showdown.

According to Amalie Henden of Express, the Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke of Sussex have a “difficult” friendship at present. Prior to Prince Harry’s marriage to Meghan Markle, he was always with Prince William and Middleton.

Prince Harry was actually very close to his sister-in-law. He even referred to Middleton as “the big sister he never had.” Unfortunately, things turned sour when Prince Harry started dating Markle. He accused the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge of not supporting the former “Suits” star ahead of their royal wedding in May 2018.

A recent report from Daily Mail claimed that Prince Harry read Prince William and Middleton the “riot act.” Markle reportedly maintained a “stony” silence throughout her husband’s speech.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge assured the Duke of Sussex that they were happy to support his wife. Middleton even brought a bunch of flowers to their home the next day.

Also, Markle and Middleton attended Wimbledon together to end the rumors about their feuding. However, some commenters noticed that there was a frostiness between the two duchesses. They repeated the same outing this year and they looked more relaxed and friendly.

Meanwhile, back in April, Prince Harry surprisingly accompanied Middleton at Anzac Day service at Westminster Abbey. The duo arrived together and were photographed chatting and smiling.

The netizens were very happy to see them together again. Markle and Prince William were not with them at the time because the former was still on maternity leave while the latter was in New Zealand.

“Good to see Harry and Kate working together!” one user wrote.

An insider said that Prince Harry doesn’t want to destroy his friendship with Middleton despite his issues with his big brother. Thus, he decided to join Middleton for the event even if he was not scheduled to attend it as a public apology to his sister-in-law.

“He'll hate that their relationship has suffered and this public apology could be the first step towards ending this royal drama for good,” a source said.
