Kate Middleton and Prince William lost their staff to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have decided to have a separate household from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Just recently, they also decided to have separate charities. Following their split, Prince Harry and Markel reportedly took one of the most distinguished aides from the Cambridges.

Prince Harry and Markle enlisted the work of foundation director, Natalie Campbell. Campbell is an award-winning “social entrepreneur” who served as the Royal Foundation’s director of insight and innovation.

Campbell reportedly became close to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex during their work on the Grenfell survivor’s cookbook.

“Natalie will be a real loss to William and Catherine,” a courtier told Daily Mail. “She has done brilliantly for the Royal Foundation and formed a bond with Meghan when she worked with her on the cookbook for survivors of the Grenfell fire. Her loss will be keenly felt by the Cambridges.”

A day after the Sussexes and Cambridges announced that they will have separate foundations Prince Harry and Markle reportedly trademarked “The Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.“ Their spokesman has confirmed Natalie’s appointment and added that a full board and trustees will be appointed in due course.

Meanwhile, a friend of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge said that what Prince Harry did was “unbelievable” because he knows how passionate his brother is for the charity. Thus, his action to separate was a “real snub.”

In related news, Prince Harry and Markle were reportedly not very accommodating to Queen Elizabeth II when they decided for the date for Archie’s baptism. The Queen couldn’t make it to the event due to a prior engagement when it was set on Friday.

They moved it to Saturday, but the Queen already planned her weekend to be with Prince Philip, so she won’t be going. But Prince Charles is free and will be there.

“Her Majesty was already scheduled to be in Scotland for her annual Holyrood Week and had a prior engagement at the weekend,” an insider said. “There is a feeling amongst some that they should have been more accommodating about the date.”
