Kate Middleton’s Inner Circle Doesn’t Include Rumored Rival Neighbor Rose Hanbury

Kate Middleton’s inner circle has been revealed.

Over the weekend, the Sun reported that the Duchess of Cambridge had a “terrible” falling-out with one of her closest friends. Middleton and Rose Hanbury reportedly used to be close but after their rift, Prince William’s wife wanted to phase her out of their inner circle.

There have been rumors that the Duchess of Cambridge and the Marchioness of Cholmondeley have a rivalry. Middleton is reportedly threatened by the ex-model as she vies to be the queen bee of the Turnip Toffs. Hello! compiled the names of Middleton’s closest pals and Rose’s name was not part of the list.

Here are the people who are part of Middleton’s squad.

Lady Laura and James Meade

Laura is the wife of Prince William’s best friend James Meade. They are present in most of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s important events.

Early this year, the couple was among the selected guests at Middleton’s intimate birthday bash in Norfolk. Many were wondering at the time as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were not present at the event.

In 2011, James delivered part of the best man’s speech along with Thomas van Straubenzee at the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s royal wedding. James is one of Princess Charlotte's godfathers. On the other hand, Laura is Prince Louis’ godmother.

Emilia Jardine-Paterson

Emilia and Middleton both attended Marlborough College and remained tight since the moment they first met. In 2007, following Prince William and Middleton’s brief split, Emilia accompanied the duchess to a holiday trip to Ibiza. Emilia is one of Prince George’s godparents. Her husband David also attended Eton College with Prince William.

Oliver Baker

Oliver is a good friend of Prince William and Middleton. He attended St. Andrews University in Scotland where the couple met. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge chose Oliver to be one of Prince George’s godfathers.

Sophie Carter

Sophie is another member of Middleton’s inner circle. They have been photographed together at various events from Wimbledon to Christmas Day church services in Norfolk. Sophie was also in attendance at Middleton’s birthday celebration in Norfolk back in January.

Sophie is also one of Prince Louis’ godmothers. In 2016, she joined the Cambridges for a skiing vacation.
