Katie Holmes was spotted out in New York City while her boyfriend, Jamie Foxx, was spotted dining out with friends in Los Angeles, but she did not seem too concerned about the long distance. The actress was seen on the phone and with a big smile on her face as she headed to her next destination.

Holmes and Foxx reportedly started dating following her 2012 divorce from Tom Cruise. The "Dawson’s Creek" alum shares a daughter, Suri, 13, with her ex-husband, while Foxx has two daughters, Corinne and Annalise, 9, from a previous relationship.

Holmes and Foxx shocked fans after making their first red carpet debut at the Met Gala on May 6.

But according to People, "Katie and Jamie are still careful about being photographed together. Everyone knows they are dating, but they still want to keep it private."

Earlier this week, Foxx's older daughter opened up to People about their romance as well, praising the couple's bond.

"They are so great and Katie is always so chic. They were wonderful," Corinne Foxx said.
