Kelly Clarkson is happily married to Brandon Blackstock.

On Thursday, the "Because of You" singer had a sit-down interview with Entertainment Tonight where she dished on her new album, "Meaning of Life," and her husband. She talked about how her husband makes her feel sexy and influences her career, revealing that her other half inspired her new music.

"He makes me feel so sexy," Clarkson told ET of Blackstock. "I already am a confident woman -- I don't think that's a secret. But I love being with somebody who is unafraid of making you feel sexy."

Clarkson also shared that the two of them love to tease each other and make each other laugh. "I always make fun of him, like, 'Why are you touching my behind in public?'" the "Since U Been Gone" songstress added. "He'll like, goose me or something, somewhere, and I'm like, 'What are you doing?!' but I really like it."

As for her new album, Clarkson explained that it was a reflection of their family. The singer is a mom to 1-year-old Remy and 3-year-old River. She is also a stepmom to Blackstock's children: 10-year-old Set and 16-year-old Savannah.

"Anytime our 16-year-old asks me questions, you know, life questions, it's always like, just calm down and don't take it all to heart. You gotta be easier about life. Let it go," Clarkson explained. "You cannot control people, you can't control what they're gonna say, you can't control them being mean. Let it go, live your life and do what you feel is right."

Meanwhile, aside from making her feel sexy and inspiring her new album, Clarkson confessed that her husband also influenced her career decision. This is one of the reasons why the "American Idol" alum opted to join NBC's "The Voice" instead of ABC's reboot of the singing competition where she was discovered.

"Think of how I felt," Clarkson joked to ET of her fans' reaction to her choice. "[But] I've been in talks with 'The Voice' about doing stuff for years. It's a family decision too, for us. Like, my husband [Brandon Blackstock] manages Blake [Shelton] so we're all in one place and it's going to be good. And I'm excited, ya'll."

Blackstock and Clarkson exchanged "I do's" in 2013 at Blackberry Farms in Tennessee. The singer said she never thought that she would ever get married until she got engaged to Blackstock in 2012, People reported.
