  • Singer Kelly Clarkson is all set to host the Billboard Music Awards for the third year in a row
  • Clarkson feels "excited" to be hosting the annual award show once again
  • She will also return to "The Voice" for Season 18

Kelly Clarkson is all set to host the Billboard Music Awards for the third year in a row.

According to Billboard, the 37-year-old musician will be hosting for the third consecutive year when the annual awards return to Las Vegas on April 29. The “Stronger” hitmaker feels quite excited to be back for the Billboard Music Awards and noted she always loves to be part of an event that truly celebrates the greatest artists of the music industry. She further said that fans would not want to miss such an amazing night.

“I am thrilled to be back with my Billboard family. I love being part of an event that celebrates our greatest artists and entertains our fans. This is a night of music that you won’t want to miss,” Clarkson said.

By hosting the 2020 show, the acclaimed musician would become the only third artist to host the Billboard Music Awards three or more times. Comedian Kathy Griffin and rapper Ludacris are the other two celebrities who managed to host or co-host the star-studded event multiple times.

Recently, Clarkson hilariously called out the makers of the reality show “The Voice” for allegedly giving her a “boob job” in a promotional photo. In the snap, Clarkson is dressed in a simple, yet elegant, silky, long-sleeve, mock-neck baby blue dress with a feisty lipstick shade to compliment it. Usually, this is where the story would end, but Clarkson noticed that something was a little off and acknowledged it in a funny tweet.

"I feel like this is what I would look like with a boob job I don’t know why my chest looks enormous in this pic. But thank you to the Universe for this one ha! Finally! I also feel like all I need is a cape and then I’m ready to save some civilians y’all!" Clarkson said.

"The Kelly Clarkson Show" host will return to "The Voice" for Season 18, making it her fifth time coaching on the singing-competition show. She will be joined by judges Blake Shelton, John Legend and newcomer Nick Jonas.

Clarkson has won three out of the four seasons of the show she's been a coach on, with her most recent win being Season 17’s Jake Hoot.
