Kelly Clarkson is reportedly listing her stately Encino home for real estate purchase at $10 million.

The “American Idol” star’s Los Angeles property was custom-built in 2018 and measures a sprawling 9,869 square feet. Clarkson’s estate is situated in the A-list neighborhood of Royal Oaks and houses a whopping eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The kitchen is also every chef’s haven boasting three islands, two dishwashers, a La Cornue range stove and other ultramodern cooking appliances.

The San Fernando Valley abode also has a two-level guesthouse that comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms of its own, TMZ reported. For a famed pop star like Clarkson, her entire property sits on over half an acre lot that is kept privately secure. Going out back, the home’s extensive backyard is landscaped with droves of greenery that encases as large swimming pool that widely stretches out.

The open-floor plan of the pop songstress’ estate is impeccably curated and as per the listing, it is described as seamlessly connecting with “light filled spaces for easy living.” The castle-like built of the Encino property also includes towering wood-beamed ceilings, a private patio, built-in lounge areas as well as a fireplace.

Besides the luxurious indoor kitchen, the pool area also has its own fully equipped cooking area and a pizza oven. Some cool and laid-back alfresco dining is also a sure bet as the house’s park-like grounds have its own barbecue station complete with a grill and eating areas.

Clarkson skyrocketed to fame back in 2002 when she won the first season of “American Idol.” The songstress has continued to bag a household name since her debut earning herself a record deal with RCA records.

Clarkson has been widely acknowledged when her single “A Moment Like This” topped the 2002 Billboard Hot 100 chart and became the country’s top-selling single. When she officially parted with “American Idol,” Clarkson transitioned her music to pop rock for her second album “Breakaway,” and has since then reinvented her image.

Clarkson, 38, along with her husband Brandon Blackstock and kids River Rose, 5, and Remington Alexander, 3, and step-children Seth, 3, and Savannah, 18, are currently self-isolating on their Vintage Valley property ranch in Montana, People reported.
