Netflix has revealed the release date and other details of the upcoming action crime movie "Lift."

In a first-look poster shared Wednesday on Twitter, Kevin Hart can be seen standing in a warehouse while other cast members sit on top of boxes. The photo also featured actor Vincent D'Onofrio, who is standing in a corner holding some laundry in his hands.

"A heist crew must pull off their biggest job yet — at 36,000 feet!" Netflix captioned the photo. The streaming giant also revealed that the cast will include Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Vincent D'Onofrio, Úrsula Corberó, Billy Magnussen, Jacob Batalon, Jean Reno and Sam Worthington.

The flick is slated to release on Aug. 25 and is helmed by F. Gary Gray, who previously directed Chris Hemsworth-starrer "Men in Black: International" (2019) and Vin Diesel's "The Fate of the Furious" (2017). Hart also serves as its producer.

The movie revolves around a thief, who teams up with her ex-boyfriend to rob gold worth $100 million, which is being transported in a passenger flight. The screenplay of the movie is penned by Jeremy Doner and it is currently under post-production.

Hart also shared the first-look poster on his Instagram page and wrote: "I'll see you in August #NetflixSavetheDates. SO EXCITED that 'Lift' is coming to @Netflix in 2023! #NetflixSavetheDates ....MARK YA CALENDARS."

"Lift" was first announced in 2021 as part of a four-movie deal Hart made with Netflix. The comedian previously associated with "Me Time," "Fatherhood" and "The Man from Toronto," which were all released on the streaming giant.

Aside from "Lift," Hart will also feature in a comedy movie, "Uptown Saturday Night," which tells the story of two friends who spend one night at an illegal club and wins a lottery ticket. The flick is currently under development.

The 43-year-old comedian will also feature in the action comedy "Borderlands," which is based on a game series of the same name. Hart has more movies lined up, including "Back on the Strip," "Ride Along 3," "The Great Outdoors" and "My Own Worst Enemy."
