Khloe Kardashian addressed the plastic surgery rumors and confirmed that she only had one nose job before.

Several have been calling out Kardashian due to her alleged changing appearance, with many speculating that she had cosmetic surgery. The reality star set the record straight on the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians: The Final Curtain" reunion special Sunday.

"For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!'" Kardashian was quoted by Entertainment Tonight as saying when host Andy Cohen asked her about her nose. "I’ve had one nose job!"

"Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me! You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose," she continued.

Kardashian also shared that she had injections. She also tried Botox but did not respond well to it.

"I’ve done, sure, injections," she continued. "Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox."

The Good American founder said when the show started she was very secure with herself. However, as it progressed, she became increasingly insecure with her appearance due to the excessive attention and constant criticisms she received online.

"I became insecure because of the public opinions of myself," Kardashian confessed.

Although she is working on building her confidence and there are days when she feels very secure, Kardashian admitted that her feelings about her appearance fluctuate from time to time.

"Recently I’ve become, now, insecure again," she shared. "So I guess it just goes, you know, up and down."

In April, Kardashian's team worked hard to wipe a bikini photo of her from the internet because it was posted without her permission. In the snap, she was seen wearing a skimpy leopard print string bikini sans the heavy editing and airbrushing. Many said it was beautiful, but she still wanted it taken down.

"Khloé looks beautiful but it is within the right of the copyright owner to not want an image not intended to be published taken down," said Tracy Romulus, the chief marketing officer of Kim Kardashian’s KKW Brands, in a statement to Page Six.

Kardashian addressed the issue by sharing photos and videos of her body on Instagram. She accompanied them with a lengthy post explaining how she felt about the whole ordeal and why she was desperate to take the photo down.

"The photo that was posted this week is beautiful. But as someone who has struggled with body image her whole life, when someone takes a photo of you that isn't flattering, in bad lighting or doesn't capture your body the way it is after working so hard to get it to this point - and then shares it to the world - you should have every right to ask for it to not be shared - regardless of who you are," Kardashian wrote.
