Kim Kardashian is holding nothing back when it comes to her second pregnancy. The reality star, who rose to fame on E!'s hit series "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," allowed viewers to tag along with her in Season 10 as she and husband Kanye West tried desperately to get pregnant. Kim, 35, is officially with child, but the hard part is far from over.

In a recent interview with E! News, the "KUWTK" star revealed that she's got "a little bit more anxiety" in her second pregnancy than she did during her first. Kim attributed that to the fact that she knows what to expect health-wise in her second go around. She told the outlet she worries a lot about her health as she's been diagnosed with several medical issues since her first pregnancy. Still, the soon-to-be mother of two is doing her best to remain positive. Kim said she's "really hopeful" that things will work out, but refuses to lie about her "miserable experience."

"This pregnancy I have a little bit more anxiety just because I know what's to come and it's really inevitable some of the issues that I'm going to have. You know, I have a high-risk delivery and all of that gives me just anxiety," she said. "I think that I'm really hopeful and you know I manage it really well, but when I write blog posts and stuff like that about how I think it's just such a miserable experience, I mean that's my experience and I'm not gonna pretend that it's not. My huge swollen feet I don't find fun and attractive. And I get I'm so blessed to be carrying a child again when I didn't think that was possible for me. I do have access to amazing doctors that have been so helpful so I'm hopeful that everything will work out and be fine."

The afore mentioned blog post was written Nov. 10. In it Kim detailed the many issues she's had during her second pregnancy including, but not limited to, her 52-pound weight gain. She shared with readers that she found pregnancy to be "awful." Kim said neither of her pregnancies were anything like the "amazing" experiences her mother Kris Jenner or sister Kourtney Kardashian had. While Kim struggled to be comfortable with her new body after giving birth to North West in June 2013 she seemed far more positive in a recent tweet. On Tuesday, she shared a video with followers in which she claimed she was looking forward to "the challenge of getting back" and wasn't "worried" at all.

Kim will further detail her child baring woes on Season 11 of "KUWTK." The show airs Sundays at 9 p.m. EST on E!. Check out a preview below:
