Hollywood is full of secrets. No one knows what is happening inside the glamorous lives of the stars when they sit behind closed doors. However, it is certainly impossible to hide the news of having a baby. But it seems Kristen Wiig has managed to do the unthinkable.

According to People, Wiig and her fiancé Avi Rothman welcomed their twins via a surrogate earlier this year. A source close to the couple confirmed the news to the media outlet. However, the couple has yet to confirm the news themselves.

The news of their twins comes almost a month after she hinted about entering motherhood while hosting the Mother’s Day episode of “Saturday Night Live.” At the time, the “Despicable Me 2” star thanked her mother Laurie Johnston for always being there for her and for telling her that she “loves her” the most.

“This is the Mother’s Day show, and at “SNL,” it’s a very special time to celebrate moms. Unfortunately, probably like a lot of you, I can’t be with my mom on Mother’s Day. So, I hope it’s OK, I would like to tell her I love her,” Wiig said.

Later in the sketch, she said she is extremely grateful for all the advice she has received from her mom, and once again, she thanked her for “preparing” her to be a mother herself.

“But this year I’m feeling especially grateful for her advice, her love. I’m so thankful for all the things she’s taught me, like preparing me to be a mom myself,” Wiig said.

Wiig and Rothman have been together for more than three years. They were first spotted together in 2016. They appeared to be engaging in some PDA in Kauai, Hawaii at the time.

In 2019, the couple got engaged. The two first sparked engagement rumors back in May this year when Wiig was spotted wearing a big sparkler on her left ring finger at a premiere event.

On the work front, Wiig will be next seen in Patty Jenkins’ “Wonder Woman 1984.” She will be portraying the role of Cheetah, one of the supervillains in the DC universe.

The movie, which stars Gal Gadit in the lead role, is scheduled to hit theaters on Oct. 2, 2020.
