Louis Tomlinson is going back on the road!

The 28-year-old former One Direction band member made the announcement on Thursday that his world tour will kick off in February 2021. The full tour was originally supposed to take place in 2020, however, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the concert dates were postponed.

"Can’t wait to get back on the road! See you all soon," he captioned the post which included a list of all his upcoming tour dates.

Beginning overseas, Tomlinson will kick-off the concert tour with his fans in Italy and will continue touring in Europe before making his way back to North America in late March 2021. From there, he will make his way through the continental United States and Canada before heading south to Mexico and South America.

The tour doesn't end there, though. The last leg of his tour will be in cities across Asia before wrapping things up in Australia in June.

Tickets to see Tomlinson are on sale now, but some of the cities are already sold out. Tickets purchased for the original U.S.-based shows, excluding performances in New York City, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Portland, Oregon, will be valid for the rescheduled dates, according to Tomlinson's post.

Although it may be almost another year before fans can see "We Made It" singer live in the flesh, his album "Walls," which was released in January, is available for streaming on all platforms.

Tomlinson isn't the only one who has had to reschedule a tour. Fellow One Direction member Harry Styles told his fans in June that his concert series would now take place during summer 2021.

"This summer we were excited to be bringing 'Love On Tour' to North America. However, due to the ongoing threat from Covid-19 we have been forced to reschedule these dates to next summer," Styles wrote in an Instagram post at the time.

"The well-being of my crew, and all the fans around the world will always hold top priority. I can’t wait to see you all out on the road, as soon as it’s safe to do so. We are in a moment of necessary change and growth in the world," he continued. "I will be using this time to listen, and to educate myself on how I can help more in the fight for justice and equal rights for all in the future. I hope that you will take the time to do the same. Treat people with kindness. I love you all."
