‘Love & Hip Hop: New York’ Star Kimbella Vanderhee Skips Yandy Smith’s Birthday Celebration

“Love & Hip Hop: New York” star Yandy Smith celebrated her 35th birthday on Sunday. During that time she shared posts of herself on Instagram in which she seemed to be enjoying herself, however, a special someone was missing from the birthday festivities, her best friend Kimbella Vanderhee.

“Last night Broke my birthday in with family and friends. Round 2 going out with Family and friends,” Yandy wrote attached to a video of herself at a club with several friends that didn’t include Kimbella.

On Monday, Yandy posted two photos of herself on Instagram thanking everyone for the well wishes on her special day.

“Thank you to all that left an encouraging word, liked a picture, told me HBD, posted a picture, or turned up with me at one of my birthday parties. I feel so blessed to have friends, family like you,” she wrote.

Although Kimbella wasn’t there for Yandy’s birthday celebration, fans shouldn’t worry about whether the two friends are fighting.

Kimbella actually acknowledged her best friend’s special day twice on her Instagram account and Yandy commented on both of Kimbella’s posts wishing her a happy birthday.

“Happy Birthday PUD!! Y’all already know how I give it up for this incredible woman, no matter how much we fight/makeup I’ll always be in your corner!” Kimbella wrote on Instagram attached to a photo of her best friend smiling by a pool.

“Love you stinka,” Yandy commented on the photo.

However, the VH1 star seemed to be even happier with the photo Kimbella posted of the two of them together in which she referred to the two as Yin and Yang. “I love this picture!!!!!! Omg!!!” Yandy commented on the duo’s photo.

Although they may not have been able to celebrate Yandy’s birthday together, there’s no doubt that these besties will be getting together to catch up.
