Yuuri lost his parents and now he lives alone in the mansion. "The Maid I Hired Recently is Mysterious" anime which follows the life of Yuuri and his maid, Lillith.

The official preview trailer of the anime reveals Lilith arriving at Yuuri’s doorstep and asking for work.

He is mesmerized by her pretty and bright eyes but he feels something’s off about her.

Meanwhile, Lilith wants to serve him and do all the necessary household chores to Yuuri’s satisfaction. He is impressed by her work but feels she is trying to captivate him.

The cast of the anime includes Saori Hayami as Yuuri, Rie Takahashi as Lilith, Mikako Komatsu as Fujisaki, Yui Horie as Tsukasa Gojoin, and Miyu Tomita as Natsume Nakashima.

"The Maid I Hired Recently is Mysterious" anime is based on the original work by Wakame Konbu. Mirai Minato is credited for series composition and chief direction while Misuzu Hoshino is the director of the series.

The music of the anime is composed by Koji Fujimoto and Osamu Sasaki. Machi Yoshino is the character designer, Hideto Nakahara is the art director, and Tsutomu Ogasawara is the 3D director.

The ending theme song of the anime is titled "Himitsu no Niwa no Futari" and is performed by Yui Horie.
