Another marijuana recall has been issued in the state of Michigan, this time it is for vape cartridges that may have high levels of Vitamin E acetate.

According to the Marijuana Regulatory Agency, the marijuana vape cartridges failed laboratory testing.

The recalled marijuana vape cartridges were sold from Plan B Wellness in Detroit from Oct. 3, 2019 to Nov. 22, 2019 and on Jan. 16, 2020. Plan B Wellness has a license PC of 000137.

The affected cartridges included in the recall are:

  • Savage Stick 1G Concentrate with a METRC number of 1A405010000426A000000015
  • 1g-Savage-Blackberry Kush Cartridge with a METRC number of 1A405010000426A000000743
  • 1g-Savage-GG#4 Cartridge with a METRC number of 1A405010000426A000000744
  • 1g- Savage-Runtz Cartridge with a METRC number of 1A405010000426A000000746

Consumers that have the purchased the recalled medical marijuana vape cartridges should return them to Plan B Wellness for proper disposal.
