On the Season 4 finale of WEtv's "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" the couples will have to decide if they want to stay together or call it quits. Former “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” star Mama June seems to be really struggling with her decision in a new sneak peek video.

In one clip from Friday's finale, Sugar Bear tells marriage counselor Jim Carroll that he's worried Mama June won't be able to love him like he wants her to. Earlier in the season, Sugar Bear admitted that he cheated on Mama June with six people, including "experimenting" with men.

In the same sneak peek clip, Mama June tells Jim's wife and fellow marriage counselor Elizabeth Carroll that she's "proud" her husband came clean about his infidelities, but admits that it caught her off guard.

“Sugar Bear has an addiction,” Elizabeth explains to Mama June. “Addiction doesn’t ever go away, it just becomes manageable. Can you live with an addict?”

In a second teaser for the episode, Jim confronts former "Bachelor" star Sean Lowe about him and Catherine Giudici-Lowe hiding their marital issues from the group. Sean explains that his wife, who announced in December she's pregnant with their first child, has a "red zone" where she gets "really mad" about certain things he says to her.

Catherine explains to Elizabeth that her frustrations stem from her and Sean still struggling with properly communicating with each other.

Other couples on the show who will have to decide to recommit or part ways, includes former "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars Benzino and Althea Heart, former "Basketball Wives" star Sundy Carter and her ex-husband Cedric, and former "Bad Girls Club" star Sarah Oliver and her boyfriend Jimmy “Inkman” Coney.

“Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars” airs Friday at 9 p.m. EST on WEtv.
