‘The Matrix’ Trilogy Is Leaving Netflix In February 2020; What Else Will Disappear?

Netflix had revealed which titles are leaving in February, and the list includes some fan-favorite films. Subscribers will want to stream these titles one last time before they are taken off the streaming platform.

“The Matrix” trilogy expires at the end of the month, so anyone wanting to get their Keanu Reeves should start their marathon soon. “The Matrix,” “The Matrix Reloaded,” and “The Matrix Revolutions,” directed by Lana Wachowski and Lilly Wachowski, were massive hits, generating over $3 billion in revenue when combined. A fourth movie is currently in development, set to release in 2021. The trilogy will leave Netflix on Feb. 29.

Other acclaimed movies leaving Netflix in February include “Milk,” “Gangs of New York” and “American Beauty.”

Family-friendly titles aren’t safe from expiration either. Netflix will lose “Peter Rabbit,” “Charlotte’s Web” and “My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks” in February.
