  • Screens were put up surrounding Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's temporary home
  • This comes after authorities opene some trails
  • Meghan Markle and Prince Harry also added security measures in their house in Canada

While staying at Tyler Perry’s $18-million Beverly Hills mansion, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are beefing up privacy measures by erecting screens around the property.

Several personnel were spotted by the DailyMail working on the ground to put up the screens on Saturday (May 9), coincidentally after Los Angeles County greenlit the reopening of some hiking trails. This reportedly included the Beverly Drive – Franklin Canyon Connector Trail, wherein adventurers as well as residents could easily see where Markle, Prince Harry, and their son Archie are staying.

Moreover, other steeper areas surrounding the exclusive Beverly Ridge Estates where the posh abode is situated provide a better viewpoint for onlookers. However, Markle and Prince Harry’s temporary shelter sits atop an elevated ground, estimated to be around 800 feet, so they can immediately see anyone in the vicinity.

The screens are simply temporary measures because the couple is said to be looking for another mansion in the westside of Los Angeles, TMZ reported. The Sussexes have a budget of $12 to $18 million for their house.

Markle and Prince Harry had never been spotted together but the link was said to have been Oprah Winfrey.

“Beverly Ridge has its own guarded gate and Tyler's property has a gate of its own which is watched by their security team. Beverly Ridge is an excellent place to keep out of view. The neighbors are mostly old money and mega rich business types rather than show business gossips,” a source explained.

This was hardly the first time the couple have decided to take precautionary steps to guard their privacy. Markle, Prince Harry, and Archie first stayed in a Vancouver Island mansion and photos showed that the property was extremely guarded, Fox News reported.

Specifically, the front gate was plastered with a big white tarp and security cameras were installed. Markle and Prince Harry’s North American home was also surrounded by fences.

The family flew to Canada after vacating their posts as senior royals in March. Then they headed for Los Angeles, California where they will put down their roots and have been staying at the TV mogul’s expansive property.
