Meghan Markle got the support of this royal princess against online trolls.

Last Sunday, Tessy Antony, Princess of Luxembourg reacted to a post on Twitter by Royal Central that urged everyone to treat the Duchess of Sussex well because she deserves better. Antony agreed and shared her thoughts about the issue.

“Either you know or be [quiet]. It’s not nice to talk badly about someone else just because one can, as he or she takes advantage of the anonymity of the web. Stay Kind!!! it’s the new cool! She does not deserve that,” the royal princess wrote.

A number of netizens praised Antony’s comment, saying that it was “well said.” Many also thanked her for coming to Markle’s defense. Markle’s supporters stressed that they couldn’t believe all the hates and relentless attacks she received from those who don’t know her personally.

Just recently, Markle and her sister-in-law Kate Middleton sparked a “double standard” debate. The Duchess of Cambridge attended the BAFTAs with Prince William in a white one-shoulder gown by Alexander McQueen. Everyone was impressed by the royal mom of three’s wardrobe that they called her “gorgeous,” “stunning,” “beautiful” and a “goddess.”

What riled Markle’s fans was that she wore a similar outfit months ago when she attended the British Fashion Awards. Unfortunately, unlike Prince William’s wife, she was criticized for her choice of clothing, calling it “too vulgar” and they also accused Prince Harry’s other half of breaking the royal protocol for showing her shoulders. Some questioned the previous reports and accused the media of being “racist” and for having a “double standard” due to their unfair treatment to the two duchesses when they do the same thing.

A number of Markle’s fans reacted harshly and some even attacked Middleton as if she was involved in the attacks behind the pregnant royal. One netizen pointed out that Middleton was not wearing a bra under her white gown and insisted that Markle was better because she opted for a black dress when she wore the same design.

The same netizen criticized Middleton, saying that someone should teach fashion to the future queen consort. Another netizen agreed and said that she saw Middleton’s nipples, adding that the duchess’ outfit was “too vulgar.”
