Meghan Markle has been called smart for shaping the narrative of the birth of her royal baby.

Royal expert Bonnie Greer told Express that it was impressive how Markle made the decision to keep her baby’s birth private until after she has celebrated with Prince Harry and their family.

“She has been very smart to get ahead, get out front, we’re going to shape this narrative. When it is time for our baby to be born, we’re going to show you this baby’s picture… We’re going to share these pictures with you… We’re going to have this baby when we are ready to have this baby,” the expert said.

Greer also praised Markle for making a stand on where she wants to have her baby. Despite possible breaking of royal protocol, the decision is entirely up to her and the Duke of Sussex.

Rumors are ripe that the “Suits” alum will give birth at Frogmore Cottage or at the Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey where the Sophie, the Countess of Wessex gave birth to her children. The hospital is also close to Markle and Prince Harry’s newly renovated home.

Markle’s mom, Doria Ragland, is expected to fly to the United Kingdom this week ahead of the birth of her grandchild. Ragland also made headlines this week after her divorce from Thomas Markle Sr from several years ago was discussed by the latter’s daughter, Samantha Markle.

During Samantha’s interview on Quest Red’s documentary “Meghan and Harry: A Royal Baby Story,” the multiple sclerosis patient said that Ragland and her dad’s divorce was handled quite well. And since it took place when Markle was just 2 years old, it did not adversely affect Prince Harry’s wife.

“I didn’t notice that Meghan was adversely affected by that, I think to the contrary. She enjoyed having two households… She had whatever she wanted materially and a great circle of friends,” she said.
