Markle’s former home is up for sale.

The Duchess of Sussex used to occupy a chic pad in Los Angeles. The property is in the middle of Tinseltown and is close to just about everything Hollywood.

It’s where Markle lived when she was still working as an actress and before she met and married Prince Harry. The house is now for sale at $1.8 million, TMZ first reported.

The property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It features a colonial style with over 2,000 square feet of space and an open floor plan. It has a fireplace in the living room and a huge kitchen with an eat-in breakfast area.

The home also has a modern touch with its stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors throughout. It has a backyard with built-in awning. The publication pointed out that Markle’s former home was a “property fit for a West Coast king” or duchess.

Markle reportedly owned the house when she was still married to her first husband, producer Trevor Engelson, between 2011 and 2013. When they separated, Markle moved to Toronto to film “Suits.” It’s unclear if Markle still owns the place.

Meanwhile, according to Phil Dampier, the Queen might give the Duke and Duchess of Sussex a new holiday home in due course. The royal expert added that Her Majesty will likely give Prince Harry and Markle a property in Cotswolds.

“It’s a difficult one as Frogmore is semi-rural in the sense that it’s not out in the sticks,” Dampier said.

“I think the obvious place for them would be the Cotswolds where they had a place before. That’s where Meghan’s friends are so I’m sure she’d rather be that way than in Norfolk.”

The report about the Queen giving Prince Harry and Markle a new home came after the monarch allegedly snubbed Prince William and Kate Middleton by placing the Sussexes’ photo in front of the Cambridge’s on her picture table. Many felt that the move was a sign that she prefers the Duke and Duchess of Sussex over the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

“She’s definitely hinting that she prefers Harry and Meg,” one netizen wrote.
