Melania Trump is, undeniably, one of the most talked-about women today. Aside from being the First Lady of the United States, the wife of President Donald Trump has gained followers and critics alike due to her fashion choices and advocacies. Recently, the former model created another buzz after she wrote a tweet about U.S. troops.

On Nov. 20, Melania shared her recent visit to the Red Cross alongside Second Lady Karen Pence on social media. The duo donated comfort kits for the troops. “It was an honor to return to the @RedCross today with @SecondLady to assemble comfort kits for troops stationed overseas this holiday season,” Melania Trump wrote on Twitter. “Thank you to all of our military for the sacrifices you make for our country!” she went on.

The said post obtained mixed reactions from netizens. Some praised Melania for her efforts. However, there are also some who took the post as an opportunity to criticize the First Lady.

One Twitter user posted a meme, which features a photo of Melania Trump with captions saying “was an illegal immigrant,” “overstayed her visa,” “worked illegally in the USA,” “lied about her college years,” “lied about her degrees,” and “lied about being an architect.” Yep! I mean there are plenty of people that like her porn pictures, but not for a first lady. No class gold digging whore,” a certain Patrick Bailey wrote.

“YOU ARE THE EVIL RICH. WE WILL NOT LET YOU MAKE BREAKING THE LAW THE NORM NO MATTER WHAT YOU SAY OR PROMISE. YOU LIE & STEAL FROM US. THE WORKING CLASS OWN THIS COUNTRY NOT YOU AND YOUR GREEDY KIND. YOUR DAYS ARE NUMBERED, FRAUD,” another user said. “Can't wait for the Eurotrash prostitute to GTFO of our White House,” a fourth commenter wrote.

Melania Trump was, previously, called a “failure” after her meeting with Billy Ray Cyrus as part of her #BeBest campaign. The FLOTUS revealed she met with a family whose son committed suicide after being bullied online. “Highlighting online safety is one of my #BeBest priorities. Yesterday, @billyraycyrus introduced me to the Smith family to hear about the tragic loss of their loved one from cyberbullying,” Melania Trump wrote in the caption. “Teaching positive online behaviors can ensure a safer future for our children,” Melania added.

Some netizens claimed that Melania’s #BeBest campaign is a “failure” since she, herself, could not correct President Donald Trump, who, allegedly, “bullied” several personalities through his social media accounts.

Melania Trump has yet to comment on these harsh remarks.
