During the COVID lockdowns, Michael co-founded The EndGame Network as a service for Amazon entrepreneurs based in Australia and Asia, connecting them with other sellers within a global network to learn how to bring their businesses to the next level. With his co-founder Jamie Paros, the group hosts Zoom calls with hundreds of entrepreneurs and inspirational guests ranging from Olympic gold medalists to best-selling authors.

They coach people on how to sell products using the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program, where sellers provide Amazon with their products so that Amazon can handle the selling, packing, shipping, and customer service. Many people were helped through the pandemic by learning how to launch successful eCommerce ventures through Amazon.

Drawing on his broad experience across many different industries, Michael has been a mentor to over 3,000 entrepreneurs. He feels he owes much of his success to having been mentored by former Facebook and Yahoo executives, and he’s grateful that his knowledge of tech and eCommerce enables him to do what he loves – solving problems and working hard to help others.

Michael Fenech is from Sydney, Australia and now lives on a beach there called Maroubra. He draws inspiration by helping others reach their goals, and he’s quick to credit this mindset to his upbringing. His father was a successful entrepreneur in the commercial services industry, and Michael was raised with three brothers who all became professional athletes. He says the example they set for him shaped who he is today.

Michael was a good student in school and loved to read, especially books on mindset, which he learned early on is the key difference between success and failure. He regularly practices going for nature walks, saying it clears his head and allows him to return to work refreshed, productive, and ready to overcome challenges.

What was his biggest challenge? He says it was when he first had to raise capital and faced some last-minute pullouts by investors, which came close to jeopardizing certain deals. He could improvise, adapt, and overcome these challenges in the end.

Michael has since worked with some of the biggest companies in the world. He describes his journey towards securing a partnership with iHeartMedia as especially memorable, involving lots of travel and many meetings before the company agreed to invest in his technology. That partnership allowed him to work with radio stations worldwide as well as some of the biggest names in the entertainment and social media world, including Ryan Seacrest and Logan Paul.

Michael is active on Instagram and TikTok and is also reachable on LinkedIn. He regularly shares his knowledge and experience through engaging video posts, where his energetic and confident personality delivers just what entrepreneurs need to move the needle in their businesses.

He tells us he’s currently working on two ongoing projects that promise massive disruptors in their respective industries, so watch this space!
