Miley Cyrus has been rumored be expecting a baby with her boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger since November, but it appears the “Wrecking Ball” singer has finally decided to put the allegations to rest. On Wednesday, the pop star took to Instagram to poke fun at the pregnancy speculation.

In a clearly photoshopped image — which has since received over 313,000 “likes” on the social media page — Cyrus, 22, can be seen lying on a table receiving an ultrasound by her assistant Cheyne Thomas. On the screen an image of what only can be described as a pizza baby is displayed on the monitor.

“The rumors are true,” Cyrus captioned the image. The post was followed by emoticons of a slice of pizza and a baby head.

This isn’t the first time Miley has posted photoshopped images to her Instagram account. In recent days, she also shared doctored photos of herself posing with Michael Jackson, Sky Ferreira, and even one image of her face superimposed on a body sporting the iconic Wonder Woman costume. “Super Miley!” Cyrus said of the comical image.

According to E! Online, Life & Style was the last publication to report Cyrus was with child. The outlet reportedly ran a cover story saying Cyrus was "pregnant and dumped" in January. In December, the tabloid claimed that the singer and former Disney star was headed to rehab in order to cure her drinking and pot-smoking habits. The magazine alleged that she was “forced” to seek help because she was pregnant with her 21-year-old beau’s baby.

“She took two pregnancy tests. One came back negative and the other came back positive,” a source told Life & Style magazine in November. “Friends are convinced she’s in the early stages of pregnancy.”

Cyrus has been linked to Schwarzenegger, the son of film star and politician Arnold Schwarzenegger and author Maria Shriver, since October. The couple was last spotted together on a date at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, Feb. 28, according to People. A photo of their outing showed the pair enjoying a ride on Magic Kingdom’s famed Space Mountain roller coaster. Cyrus’ 15-year-old sister Noah was also present in the shot. According to Just Jared, the following day, Schwarzenegger was seen braving the rain in Los Angeles to meet up with Cyrus for a lunch date in Toluca Lake.
