When TLC viewers tuned into "My 600-LB Life" Season 11 on Wednesday night, they met 37-year-old Latonya Pottain, who weighed 632 pounds at the beginning of the episode. According to a Facebook update, it appears Latonya has not achieved a healthier weight but is working on herself.

During her episode, Latonya revealed she lost her mother when she was 12 years old and turned to food to cope with the pain. Latonya also struggled to accept the woman her father moved on with since the female was a friend of Latonya's late mother.

Latonya's food addiction caused her to become overweight as a child. By the time she reached age 17, she was 300 pounds.

After meeting her fiancé Daune, Latonya wanted to change her life so the two could enjoy their time together.

When the "My 600-LB Life" subject arrived in Houston to join Dr. Nowzaradan's weight loss program, he revealed they had met before, and she refused to follow his recommendations.

This time around, Latonya claimed she was finally ready to dedicate herself to losing weight so she could receive a life-changing gastric bypass surgery.

However, Latonya continued to gain weight, which made Dr. Nowzaradan, often called Dr. Now by patients and fans, realize she was not following the guidelines of his program.

The only time Latonya lost weight was when Dr. Now admitted her to the hospital due to complaints of leg pain. While her weight went down to 594 pounds during the two weeks in the hospital, she gained five pounds during her final appointment with Dr. Now.

Since Latonya made no effort to lose weight, she did not receive the surgery, and Dr. Now revealed there was no point in her continuing to travel to Houston for appointments.

On Wednesday night, Latonya shared several photos and an update about her weight loss journey on Facebook. "Y'all, I'm still beautiful working on me. That was so hard to air my story on tv," she wrote.

Before that post, Latonya revealed she was focusing on herself. "No, I have not reached my goal, but I'm working on me. Please keep all negative comments to yourself," she wrote in a Jan. 24 post.

"If you know me, then you know I come with that [fire] that will blow back. So, if you wanna do anything for me, say a positive prayer and thank you in advance."

It appears Latonya may have also taken her relationship with Duane to the next level. He is currently listed as her husband on Facebook.

"My 600-LB Life" Season 11 airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on TLC.
