Mangaka Kohei Horikoshi's villains from "My Hero Academia" are quirky and terrifying. Moreover, their appearance is unique, making them almost unforgettable.

Even if fans forget the name of the villain, they will remember the look. In an interview with JUMP GIGA, Horikoshi revealed how he creates his villains for the popular manga.

Twitter user Atsu has shared a translation of the mangaka's comment.

"Like Toga's hair resembling a spider lily. This way when you are talking to a friend and forget the character's name you can always say, 'Oh that one with the burned skin,'" Horikoshi revealed.

The creator had shared a bittersweet message in the recently released "My Hero Academia" Volume 34. He mentioned that the goal was "in sight" and wondered for how long can he draw these iconic characters.

"I feel like I can finally see the goal in sight. It is a rather strange feeling getting to this point. In the past, I would just be drawing without single care [of the future], but now I wonder just how many more times can I draw these characters? Change is scary as you grow older. Well, I really shouldn’t dwell on that! Until the next volume then!" Horikoshi said.

The manga is currently showcasing a massive battle between Endeavor's sons – Dabi and Shoto Todoroki. In the last chapter, Shoto revealed his version of the Flashfire Fist: Phosphor and used it for the first time against Dabi.

Chapter 352, which is currently delayed, is expected to showcase the aftermath of this powerful attack. Will Dabi be able to survive Flashfire Fist: Phosphor?

"Middle school student Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero more than anything, but he hasn’t got an ounce of power in him. With no chance of ever getting into the prestigious U.A. High School for budding heroes, his life is looking more and more like a dead end. Then an encounter with All Might, the greatest hero of them all, gives him a chance to change his destiny…," read the official synopsis of "My Hero Academia" series, according to Manga Plus.
