Nancy Grace has denied the nip slip she had during an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction on Monday on Dancing with the Stars.

Grace, who gave it her all during a jive routine with partner Tristan MacManus, has said that what viewers saw poking out of her dress was just a pasty. She told TMZ that she got dressed with petal nipple covers and an industrial strength bra. Additionally, the dress came with a bra sewn into it, Grace said.

Despite Grace's denial, there a video evidence showing the contrary.

Tonight, when we were doing our hopscotch portion of our dance, there was a little bit of movement but it did not rise to a wardrobe malfunction, Grace has said to the media. We have taken every precaution known to men in this dress right here ? I'm talking industrial size precaution. There may have been, as Tristan said, a little bit of jiggling but there was absolutely not a wardrobe malfunction.

Grace also suggested that she wasn't aware that so far her wardrobe on the show has been revealing, according to Reuters.

I didn't even understand the joke last week, Grace said in reference to a comment judge Bruno Tonioli made. He said, 'Oh, you brought the twins?' and I said 'Yeah, they're right over there.' I didn't even get it.

Grace said she thought Tonioli was talking about her 3-year-olds Lucy and John.

ABC is yet to comment on the incident.

I have been judged guilty without a trial, Grace, 51, told TMZ. I will go to my grave denying the nip slip.

In previous videos, the network took advantage of the time delay and censored the slip. But in the video below, the nip slip was completely cut, leaving a rough transition to the audience.
