Naya Rivera's sister Nickayla asked for compassion after one media outlet shared photos of her with Naya's ex-husband Ryan Dorsey as they were moving his things into a three-bedroom rental house. The outlet noted that Nickayla and Dorsey are living together to raise Naya's son Josey.

Nickayla seemingly responded to the report about her and Dorsey living together. She shared a message in her Instagram Story about the "darkest time" in her life and showing compassion.

"In the darkest time of my life, the only thing that is important is my friends & family. Showing up for my nephew, even though I can't show up for myself," she wrote.

"Im not concerned with the way things look because no one can see each agonizing moment we all endure. What matters most I've learned, is to show compassion, not to judge others, & never take a moment of life for granted. I hope you all can do the same."

Dorsey and Nickayla relied on each other following the "Glee" star's passing. Daily Mail shared exclusive photos of the pair spending more time together lately.

On Sept. 6, Nickayla helped Dorsey moved his belongings from his previous home in North Hills to a $5,000-a-month rental home 30 minutes away, where the two are allegedly living together. In one picture, Dorsey stripped off his black t-shirt and showed off his six-pack abs.

Meanwhile, Nickayla rocked a black crop top with matching black sweat pants. She tied her hair in a tight bun during the sighting. They were also seen in Dorsey's black Chevrolet Tahoe as they moved his things into the rental home.

On Sept. 19, the two were seen at a Target local store. Dorsey was pushing the shopping cart and Nickayla was jokingly pushing him away with her shoulder while they were checking the grocery items. Those who saw them told the outlet that they looked comfortable with each other and were fooling around and chatting to lift each other's spirit.

Back in July after Naya's death, Dorsey shared a photo of his ex-wife and son and captioned it with a lengthy message.

"This is so unfair...there's not enough words to express the hole left in everyone's hearts. I can't believe this is life now," he wrote on Instagram.

"Life just isn't fair. I don't know what to say...I'm thankful for our times and our journey that brought us together and gave us the sweetest and kindest smart little boy we could ever hope for."

Dorsey also recounted how Naya would complain about him doing Snapchat at home. He was glad he didn't listen to her because he had saved tons of videos of Naya and their son that could remind the latter how much his mom loved him.

However, Dorsey’s posts have been flooded with questions about him and Naya's sister especially after Daily Mail released tons of their photos together. One even commented in a particular picture where the two wore matching socks, asking if they bought them "before or after Naya?"

"Sooooo you and Naya were able to coparent from different houses but her sister needs to move in?" one asked.

"I understand he’s grieving but that is next level wrong..... you can grieve without having to move in with your dead ex wife’s sister," another added.

Meanwhile, Nickayla also paid a sweet tribute to her older sister after she passed away. She shared a throwback photo of them together. In the snap, she is seen kissing Naya.

"We were complete opposites, yet simultaneously the same. The yin to my yang. I never knew that by losing you, I would find so much of you in myself," she wrote.
