Callen (Chris O’Donnell) and Sam (LL Cool J) will have to investigate a case related to a UFO sighting in “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 11, episode 18. The agents will not go in search of aliens, but they will have to find out why a department of defense officer is missing while investigating the strange sighting.

A preview video of the next episode shows Callen and Sam arriving at a small officer where they investigate “unidentified aerial phenomena sightings.” The term that was previously used for this investigation was UFO and the department that handled such cases was shut done long ago. However, they started the program again after an unusual sighting by a fighter pilot.

The video footage the team will recover from the sighting shows a saucer like object that is capable of maneuvers that are impossible with the current technology. Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) and Kensi (Daniela Ruah) will also look into a possible alien abduction during their investigation.

A sneak peek scene of “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 11, episode 18 shows Callen dealing with some personal issues. According to the official plot synopsis, Anna (Bar Paly) will make a “bold decision” about her future.

The main part of the episode will be about the UFO investigation. Callen and Sam’s task will be to find out what happened to the department of defense officer who went missing after investigating the UFO. Another sneak peek scene shows the agents watching the fighter jet footage for the first time.

There are some other explanations to the UFO sighting. This could be a computer glitch that showed people something that wasn’t really there or it could be a ship developed by a foreign country. However, the initial evidence suggests it could be the work of aliens.

“NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 11, episode 18 is titled “Missing Time.” It will air on March 22 at 9 p.m. EDT on CBS.
