A new camouflage challenge has left netizens in a fix as they try spotting a leopard in a ditch filled with mud. For more than 48 hours now, people across social media have been debating about the position of the animal, taking the internet by storm.

It all started when Twitter user Bella Lack shared the mind-puzzling image on the micro-blogging site, challenging people to spot the big cat. She wrote that the image was sent to her by someone else and that she couldn’t believe her eyes till she actually managed to locate the animal herself.

“Someone just sent this to me and asked me to find the leopard. I was convinced it was a joke... until I found the leopard. Can you spot it?” read her caption.

Minutes after this tweet, Twitterati got divided over this optical illusion, trying their best to spot the hidden predator. “This is definitely not a leopard, mere stones,” wrote a user. “No, but now I am getting a headache,” tweeted another.

While many were left scratching their heads, there were a few who spotted the leopard at one go.

This is not the first time a picture has gone viral on social media. Remember the famous ‘blue dress’ that left people debating on its color and the broken door that looked like a beach scene? Such optical illusions stir up a storm in a tweet-cup pretty quickly.

How long did it take you to spot the leopard?
