Seven years after “Men in Black 3,” pop culture’s foremost covert anti-alien task force will return with a new setting and new leads. “Men in Black International” got its first trailer on Thursday, which showcases leading duo Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson as they take the reins from the series made famous by Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.

“Men in Black International” takes the series to the United Kingdom, for a British take on extraterrestrial enforcement. New cast member Liam Neeson joins returning cast member Emma Thompson in supporting roles. Hemsworth and Thompson will team up to investigate a mole within the MIB organization, per the film’s official synopsis.

Perhaps most importantly, there is a brief and minor nod to the original trilogy in the new trailer. At around the 30-second mark, a painting can be seen that shows Smith and Jones taking on an alien from the older movies. Any other concrete connections to the other “Men in Black” films remain to be seen.

“Men in Black International” was directed by F. Gary Gray, who most recently directed “Straight Outta Compton” and “The Fate of the Furious.” It will hit theaters on June 14, 2019.
