New York Fashion Week 2012 day two was full of star-studded shows and runway royalty. Gisele Bundchen, Karolina Kurkova and Candice Swanepoel all hit the runway Saturday for the hottest Fall 2012 collections.

Victoria's Secret supermodel Candice Swanepoel walked for Prabal Gurung on Saturday at New York Fashion Week. The blonde beauty wore a white gown with sheer sleeves and a sheer skirt accented with a feathered hem. Breathtaking. The theme of Gurung's collection was uncursed. Models had hair by Paul Hanlon for Catwalk by Tigi and makeup by Charlotte Tilbury for MAC. It would be a mistake for stylists to overlook Gurung's Fall 2012 collection as the 2012 Oscars approach. His outfits were nothing short of red carpet-ready.

Gisele Bundchen got back on the runway, after a weekend of supporting husband Tom Brady's big Super Bowl loss, to walk for Alexander Wang's Fall 2012 show. The Brazillian bombshell got into Wang's slick and sexy pieces, showing off a black leather jacket with extra large buttons and a side split. The military-inspired, rain wear looked unbelievable on the mother of one. Gisele is truly a Fashion Week queen and her appearance undoubtedly brought the star-power to Wang's show. Others walking his runway included Karolina Kurkova, Carmen Kass and Shalmon Harlow.

Another designer that knocked it out of the park was Jill Stuart. Stuart showed a progressive and sexy line rife with easy, sassy pieces for the every-woman. The collection was made up of swingy shift dresses, full to semi-full A-line skirts with empire waists to accentuate womanly curves, fitted and wide-legged trousers in solids and prints, peter pan collar button down shirts and turtlenecks. Her season's palette was centralized in plum, indigo, navy and black.

Herve Leger showed a collection of glittering esquestrian-inspired pieces with a bit of dominatrix flair thrown in for good measure. Models wore body-hugging dresses accented with leather cinched waist-belts. Some had geometric prints, others flaunted leather and fur accents. Some of the most jaw-dropping pieces were made with long fringe that sashayed down the runway.

Major Trends: Day three showed some stronger, edgier trends including moody colors like plum and oxblood red, leather accents, bold fur sleeves, tweed and geometric prints.
