Nicholas Cage may be heading down the aisle again in his fourth marriage. The “National Treasure” actor has filed for a marriage license in Clark County, Nevada, on Saturday, along with his girlfriend, Erika Koike, TMZ reported.

Cage, 55, has been dating Koike for nearly a year. He was previously married to Patricia Arquette, Lisa Marie Presley, and Alice Kim. He has a son with Kim and also with a former girlfriend, Christina Fulton.

The possible marriage to Koike will be Cage’s fourth marriage in 25 years. Koike’s IMDb page lists her as a makeup artist with a credit in the 2012 film “Hankikanto.”

The couple has been seen together on location at Cage’s upcoming film, “Primal,” as well as having lunch at Via Appia’s restaurant in Puerto Rico, also where the actor is shooting. They were also seen together in Los Angeles in May.

The marriage license that Cage and Koike applied for is valid for a year once it is approved. The date of the wedding between Cage and Koike is unknown at this time.
