Although Nikki Bella is excited to welcome a baby with her fiancé, Artem Chigvintsev, she hasn’t been enjoying her pregnancy. The “Total Divas” star recently took to Instagram to update her fans about her growing baby bump.

In January, Bella and Chigvintsev announced they were expecting their first child together, just a few weeks after the couple revealed they were engaged.

Although Bella is set to begin an exciting new chapter in her life, she admitted that she has had some trouble adjusting to her body’s changes throughout her pregnancy. On Sunday night, the 36-year-old shared a series of Instagram stories, in which she detailed the exhausting experience.

“Hey, you guys, so I’m trying to get sleep tonight. For the past three nights, I’ve barely slept. I’m training myself to sleep on my side because I’m about to be 19 weeks, and I’m a back sleeper. It’s been so tough,” Bella told fans.

Bella told her followers that her sleepless nights were beginning to take a toll on her activity during the day. “Yeah, it’s just sleeping has sucked, and I’m like getting super run down because of it. I feel like I’m getting another head cold, and so, I just really need rest,” she explained.

In February, Bella also shared the challenges of embracing her pregnancy, which made her feel ill on a regular basis.

“Definitely beginning of the week, I definitely was run down and starting to feel sick again, but I got an IV, and I have to say, prescribed by my doctors so, if you guys do IVs and you’re pregnant, go through your doctor first. It really helped me a lot,” she said at the time.

“But yeah, I am feeling so much better, and I want to start training a lot again. I have not been training, and I see it in my legs which is fine, a little bit in my arms, but I am finally starting to get on that.”

Fans will be able to see more of Bella when “Total Bellas” returns on Thursday, April 9 on E!
