A man from Midwest City, Oklahoma, was arrested for killing his mother and dumping her body.

According to the Midwest City police, officers responded to a home at the 8900 block of Northeast 15th Street on Sunday evening to conduct a welfare check on 75-year-old Irene Beers. The deputies responded to the home after they received a call from an unnamed woman saying that she had been trying to find Beers for a few days but failed every time.

The officers were not able to locate Beers in her home. They then spoke to her son, identified as 46-year-old Aaron Bradley Beisbier.

During the questioning, Beisbier told the officers that his mother had left for the casino a few days ago. But the police noticed that her truck was still in the driveway.

Upon further investigation, the officers found the presence of blood in the truck’s bed. When the officers pointed it out to Beisbier and confronted him about where it came from, he made a spontaneous utterance and admitted to killing his mother and dumping her body somewhere in the northeast part of Oklahoma City.

Meanwhile, the Oklahoma City police officers had found a dead body Sunday morning in the 4700 block of N. Midwest Boulevard. The body was later identified to be of Beers.

Beisbier was arrested for murder. The motive behind the killing was unknown. It was an ongoing investigation and no further details were available at the moment.

The motive behind the slaying was unknown. Shepard, who fled the scene after committing the crime, was arrested later when the Grand Ledge Police Department stopped his vehicle during his escape. He was immediately detained and was booked into the Eaton County Jail. A $1 million bail bond was set against him.
