Selena Gomez is all set to "unravel the mystery" of her neighbors! The 28-year-old star took to Twitter on Tuesday to drop a new trailer of her upcoming Hulu series, "Only Murders in the Building."

"How well do you know your neighbors?" Gomez wrote. "Unravel the mystery when Only Murders in the Building arrives on 8/31 on @Hulu! #OnlyMurdersOnHulu."

Gomez stars alongside comedy legends Martin Short and Steve Martin in the series. The comedy series revolves around three people who live in the same building. They get involved in a murder that took place in an apartment in their building and use their detective skills to investigate the mysterious death of their neighbor.

The new trailer starts with a question, "How well do you know your neighbors?" Martin can be seen greeting a neighbor, who flicks off in return. "But have you ever wondered what goes on behind their doors," the voiceover can be heard saying.

The one-minute trailer shows Gomez getting into a fistfight and having a "charming" conversation with Martin. "The Pink Panther" star also shared the new trailer and captioned, "Not a teaser; not a trailer. But a 'teaser-trailer!' Two for the price of one. 'Only Murders in the Building' with Selena, Marty, and me on Hulu August 31!"

Hulu's official Twitter handle also shared a new poster of the show and captioned it, "Secrets on secrets on secrets."

The former Disney star shared the first look trailer on May 18 and captioned it, "Everybody is a suspect."

"Only Murders in the Building" is slated to release on Aug. 31.

Besides the comedy-drama series, the singer will also give voiceover in the fourth installment of "Hotel Transylvania," which is slated to release on Oct. 1. She will also feature in a biography drama, titled "In the Shadow of the Mountain," based on Silvia Vasquez-Lavado's novel. The movie is expected to release on Nov. 4.

Gomez was last seen hosting the second season of her own cooking show, "Selena + Chef." The second season's last episode aired on Jan. 21. HBO Max renewed the cooking show series for a third season on April 23.
