Canadian actor Jacob Tremblay did not get a nomination for Oscar 2016, but slayed it completely on the red carpet at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California on Sunday night. The nine-year-old star made his debut at the 88th Academy Awards along with his parents who also walked with him on the red carpet. The “Room” star opted to get to the event with his parents instead of being chauffer driven in a limousine.

The Vancouver native documented his ride to the Oscars 2016 venue on Instagram. “In the car! #Oscars,” he captioned the photograph. It shows his proud parents Jason and Christina in the front seat. Their young son steals the shows from his beautiful parent from the back seat.

The child star shared a glimpse of his Armani suit, while leaning and posing from behind. The tot looked dapper in a black Armani suit and trousers combo. Jacob paired his look with a crisp white shirt, black bow tie and matching lace-up shoes.

Though his “hot dad” appeared to be stealing the spotlight from him, Jacob stole the show in his own way while navigating the long press line and smiling in front of the hundreds of photos taking his picture.

Jacob’s dad matched his look with his son in a black tuxedo. His hair was brushed back. His mom opted for a sleeveless navy gown. Jacob’s antics on the red carpet melted hearts worldwide.

It was when Ryan Seacrest questioned him, Jacob showed off his Star Wars gear. He wore Darth Vader socks and Millennium Falcon cuff links. The actor has rubbed shoulders with some of the biggest names in Hollywood, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Sylvester Stallone, Jennifer Lawrence and Lady Gaga to name a few.

His viral social media has pictures of the star with renowned actors like Johnny Depp, Amy Schumer, etc. “You know, I punched him because he was in supporting role because I was supporting for Brie (Larson). I punched him in the face because he took my spot in supporting role,” said Jason talking about punching the “Rambo” star on the face.

The pint-sized star presented an award along with Anthony Mackie. Meanwhile, he was gifted with a re plica “Star Wars” rebel flight suit from Ellen DeGeneres during his appearance at “The Ellen Show.”
