Ozzy Osbourne is sharing updates on his health and his daughter Kelly Osbourne, who is pregnant with her first child.

The 73-year-old rock star gushed over his daughter's pregnancy during an interview with Entertainment Tonight's Matt Cohen at the San Diego Comic-Con Friday, where Ozzy revealed the artwork for a comic book that will accompany his new album, "Patient Number 9."

"Kelly is big and she's beautiful and I love it," Ozzy told ET while beaming.

He also confirmed that Kelly is about six months along in her pregnancy. But though his daughter is still a few months away from giving birth, Ozzy already has a gift in mind for his fifth grandchild.

"The first thing that I'm gonna buy is a microphone," he said.

In May, Kelly announced via Instagram that she and boyfriend Sid Wilson of Slipknot are expecting their first child together, sharing an ultrasound photo on the social media platform.

"I know that I have been very quiet these past few months so I thought I would share with you all as to why… I am over the moon to announce that I am going to be a Mumma. To say that I am happy does not quite cut it. I am ecstatic!" she wrote in the caption.

While at Comic-Con, Ozzy also offered an update on his health since he was released from the hospital last month following major surgery.

In addition to the surgery, the Black Sabbath frontman was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in January 2020. Ozzy was also still dealing with the fallout from his bike accident in 2003 and reportedly had to have 15 screws to be inserted into his spine after he tripped in his Los Angeles home in the middle of the night in 2019.

"I'm getting there," he told ET of his recovery. "It's a slow climb back, you know?"

In May, Ozzy spoke to Classic Rock Magazine about the ramifications of his 2003 quad biking accident. At the time, he said that he was waiting on "some more surgery on my neck."

"I can’t walk properly these days," he told the publication. "I have physical therapy every morning. I am somewhat better, but nowhere near as much as I want to be to go back on the road."

The singer was discharged from a Los Angeles hospital last month after undergoing what his wife Sharon Osbourne, 69, described as "a major operation" that would "determine the rest of his life."

Ozzy shared a health update via social media after he returned home from the hospital.

"I am now home from the hospital recuperating comfortably," he wrote on Instagram. "I am definitely feeling the love and support from all my fans and send everyone a big thank you for their thoughts, prayers and well wishes during my recovery."

Last week, Ozzy was spotted walking with a cane at his son Jack Osbourne's Los Angeles home, Page Six reported. According to the outlet, the rocker appeared to rely heavily on the walking stick, which featured a gold handle. Ozzy also received help getting into a large black Range Rover.
