The far-right social media app Parler will make its way back to Apple’s iOS app store after being taken off months ago for policy violations, including hate speech and incitement.

The iPhone giant sent a letter to Congress on Monday addressed to Sen. Mike Lee and Rep. Ken Buck explaining the app has made improvements over the last few months and “has proposed updates to its app and the app’s content moderation practices.”

"Apple anticipates that the updated Parler app will become available immediately upon Parler releasing it," Apple's letter said, per CNN.

The Amazon-hosted platform was also taken off of Amazon Web Services and Google's app store shortly after the Capitol riots on Jan. 6. It made its way back to the internet on Feb. 15 but hasn’t been welcomed back by any online stores, until now.

Amazon and Parler have been in a legal battle since its removal due to Parler believing Amazon had something to do with the other big tech companies removing the platform from their stores, which isn’t the case, according to Apple.

Apple explained in its letter on Monday that it "did not coordinate or otherwise consult with Google or Amazon with respect to that decision."
