Peyton Manning and his Denver Broncos walked away with a win last night by beating the previously perfect Kansas City Chiefs, but while he was doing that, robbers walked away with the day's proceeds from a Papa John's (NASDAQ:PZZA) pizza restaurant he owns in Denver.

CBS Sports reported on Monday that one of the 21 Papa John's locations he owns was robbed of an unknown amount of cash.

Manning, the popular quarterback who spent most of his career with the Indianapolis Colts, moved to the Broncos a few years ago. He has appeared regularly in nationally broadcast television ads for Papa John's.
