“Pokémon Go” is one of the hottest games right now, but it has some problems. Many of the complaints are coming from Australia, where the server often appears to be down. The culprit for the issue? Some gamers are unable to log on because there is a high demand to play.

Those in that unlucky situation have probably seen a screen that reads: “Our servers are experiencing issues. Please come back later.” Many have taken to social media to complain about not being able to catch, battle and evolve Pokémon. The game has only been released in the United States, New Zealand and Down Under.

Nintendo is working on fixing the issues. They released the first update Tuesday to address some of the bugs, as iDigital Times reported. In the iOS update, which was labeled version 1.01, server stability was one of the things that were addressed.

“Thank you for your incredible response and support of ‘Pokémon Go!’ We are working hard to improve the experience for everyone. This update focuses on making ‘Pokémon Go ‘more stable,” the memo read.

They listed the following changes: “Trainers do not have to have to enter their username and password repeatedly after a force log out;” “Added stability to Pokémon Trainer Club account log-in process;” “Resolved issues causing crashes” and “fixed Google account scope.”
