  • Salah is too valuable for Liverpool to let go
  • Salah is surprised over transfer rumor suggestions
  • Salah is in a class of his own, unlikely to move out for now

Mohamed Salah is enjoying his time with Liverpool and there seems to be no reason for him to consider leaving Anfield. But then again, that is what rumors are all about. These are scenarios that could happen but unfortunately, the 27-year-old has no reason to leave The Reds, at least for now.

Salah virtually laughed it off when he was thrown a question during a Sky Sports interview on Instagram. He responded to the question with three laughing emojis following a post where a post showed him together with a question of "keep or sell?" The Egyptian forward would, later on, invite his followers for their opinions.

But not long after, Salah was left bemused to just see his name being mentioned as someone Liverpool could sell. The same sentiment irked his agent, Ramy Abbas, who ended up posting the numbers of Salah and how vital he has become for Liverpool.

"This season M. Salah is the team’s top scorer in both the Premier League and the Champions League," Abbas said.

"Since joining Liverpool FC in 2017, M. Salah has missed out on zero Golden Boots....and he's not a CF," he added.

Since joining Liverpool, Salah has scored 91 goals in 144 appearances dating back to 2017. He is considered one of the world's top players and has won the Golden Boot in back-to-back seasons. Salah was also a key figure for Jurgen Klopp when they won the Champions League title last term, defeating Tottenham.

For this season, Liverpool is picked as the hands-down choice to win it all. However, that remains up in the air as the league continues to weigh in on the fate of the current season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Reds held a 25-point edge over second-placer Manchester City, Goal.com reported.

Aside from that, there is no question that Salah's success has been a big influence on aspiring Arabic footballers. In a previous post, Nabir El Zhar hailed Salah for his success who added that the 27-year-old has set the standards high for others who are looking to make it big in the pro league.

Salah is one of few players from Egypt who have had success in football. The others are Mido and Mohammed Zian although the Liverpool forward has accomplished more during his tenure. And that said, many would-be left dumbfounded if he were to be dealt off by The Reds right now.
