U.S. President Barack Obama was scheduled to hold a news conference Tuesday afternoon with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe at the White House's Rose Garden. Among other topics, Obama is expected to discuss Monday night's riots in Baltimore, which would be his first public comments on the matter.
