Prince George is set to move to a new school in the coming 2017 school year, as recently revealed by Prince William. A report has now compiled a list of potential schools located both in London and near Anmer Hall that the royal parents may likely consider.

Many parents would know the challenge and stress that comes in finding a good school for their young children. It appears that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are also currently going through the same experience. The royal couple is said to be looking at new schools for their oldest child, Prince George. However, it is still unclear if Prince William and wife Kate Middleton will have their son continue his studies in a school near the couple’s Norfolk home Anmer Hall or in London.

To provide royal watchers and fans an idea of potential school options for the royal family, Telegraph has compiled a list of educational institutions that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge may be looking at. The list contains several schools near Anmer Hall such as the Flitcham Primary Academy which is two miles away from the royal couple’s Norfolk home. Prince William and Kate may also consider the Sandringham and West Newton Church of England Primary School located around three miles from Anmer Hall.

Other schools that would entail a car drive of around 20 to 40 minutes from the royal couple’s home includes Glebe House School and Gresham's Pre-Prep School. Another school that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge may consider for Prince George is Norfolk’s Beeston Hall, as well as the Culford School in Suffolk.

However, if Prince William is planning to have his son Prince George follow his footsteps, the royal couple may consider enrolling the royal toddler at the Wetherby School in London. Both Prince Harry and Prince William attended pre-preparatory school at the said educational institution. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge even reportedly pre-registered Prince George in the said school, as stated in the same report.

It is still unclear if the royal parents will decide to have Prince George attend school at Wetherby in London. It appears that Prince William and wife Kate are still “trying to sort out schools” for Prince George. The Duke of Cambridge made the revelation to patients during a recent visit to the Royal Marsden Hospital in London, Hello magazine reported.

If the royal couple would decide on a London-based school for Prince George, it may entail the royal family’s relocation from Anmer Hall to Kensington Palace. Kensington Palace has yet to comment on the news.
