Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were reportedly exhausted after they welcomed their son, Archie.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have gone through a lot this year. They welcomed their firstborn, made a trip to South Africa and faced tons of backlash over different issues: from taking private flights to suing several publications. Prince Harry and Markle are reportedly back on track in focusing on their relationship.

“It hasn’t been an easy year for the pair, with all the drama surrounding them, and having to look after a newborn. After the birth, they were absolutely exhausted,” an insider told Us Weekly.

The source added that the royal couple was so tired that sometimes they would bicker over small things. But with their upcoming six-week vacation, they will have enough time to relax and enjoy each other’s company again.

“There were times they’d bicker over the smallest things because they were so tired. But now that Archie’s sleeping through the night, there’s less strain on the marriage. They can finally enjoy some ‘couple time’ in the evening and feel more rested.”

Meanwhile, there are rumors that the couple’s relationship is on the rocks. Due to the several controversies involving Prince Harry and Markle, some wonder if their marriage would last.

An insider claimed on the online forum Quora that Prince Harry and Markle have already started a trial separation due to “unreasonable demands and unpopularity of one of the parties.” Prince Harry is reportedly moving back to Kensington Palace to be near his people while Markle will stay at Frogmore Cottage in isolation.

The source added that she was sad at how Prince Harry and Markle’s relationship ended. Markle is reportedly set to receive a huge cash following their split.

However, fans should take the reports with a grain of salt as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are not showing any signs that they will be parting ways. New Idea reported that the couple is about to set up a second home in the United States, so they might be separated but this doesn’t mean that their marriage would be over.

Markle might establish a new U.S. home base while Prince Harry stays in the U.K. Thus, the couple will have to spend a significant amount of time apart. Phil Dampier said that Prince Harry may feel cornered in allowing his wife and their son to relocate to the U.S. temporarily because Markle always gets what she wants.
