As if Prince William and Prince Harry didn't have enough going on in their lives, a controversial new series just showed up on their plate.

A four-part documentary about Princess Diana is reportedly being planned to hit Netflix's platform. According to The Sun, the project temporarily titled "Being Me: Diana," will use unseen footage from interviews and speeches to dive deep into her mental health, including dissecting her eating disorders, tumultuous marriage to Prince Charles and unhappy childhood.

Although reports claim that Netflix will place the series on its streaming platform, a spokesperson for the Endemol Shine, the parent company of DSP, the company behind "Being Me: Diana," revealed that the streaming giant has not yet commissioned the project.

"This is a not a commissioned show and everything within the treatment is already in the public domain," the spokesperson said.

Even though Netflix has not bought the documentary to stream it doesn't mean that they won't, and if they do, it likely will not sit well with the royal brothers.

An insider told the British outlet, "The royals will refuse to take part as will the Spencer family."

"William and Harry will be very upset and angry. It’s particularly distressing for Harry because he’s been working with Netflix," they continued. "At a time when the royals have been dealt a blow with Harry and Meghan leaving, the timing is not good."

As the royals deal with their new normal, Meghan and Harry are doing the same as they settle into their new life in California with their almost 1-year-old son Archie, though their recent career moves have some thinking they've had everything planned out all along.

The most recent evidence of this according to Robert Rinder, host of the British reality courtroom series "Judge Rinder," is the couple being photographed while delivering food and essentials on behalf of the charity Project Angel Food.

"Just to be clear, the timing of this is no coincidence," he said. "They are, for anybody who are court geeks as I am, they will know they are about to have a hearing in a case they're bringing against the newspapers," Rinder continued. "This stuff would have emerged so they are strategically putting their evidence into the public sphere."
