Princes Harry, Charles Race On The Slopes In Switzerland In Unearthed Video

Prince Charles and Prince Harry had a great bonding moment during a ski trip.

In an unearthed video shared by Hello!, the Prince of Wales and Duke of Sussex were caught on camera enjoying their visit in Klosters, Switzerland in 1997. They were reportedly with Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice and the royals enjoyed their holiday for a week.

In the clip, Prince Harry and Prince Charles show off their natural affinity for skiing as they can be seen racing on the slopes. The Duke of Sussex has been a keen skier from a young age and this is evident in the clip.

The royal father and son took the time to pose from their favorite activity for a quick photoshoot. The photographers can be heard thanking Prince Charles and Prince Harry for stopping as the duo continued to enjoy the snow.

The royals love the snow. Prince Charles took Prince Harry and Prince William in several ski trips with Princess Diana when they were younger. In 1998, a year after the Princess of Wales died in a tragic accident, the Prince of Wales, Duke of Cambridge and Duke of Sussex enjoyed another ski trip in Whistler, Canada.

Princess Diana also had several adorable photos in the snow with little Prince William and Prince Harry. In 1991, the three of them were photographed riding the lift. They were then seen enjoying the snow afterward.

In another occasion, Princess Diana, Prince William and Prince Harry were snapped hitting the slopes during their traditional pre-Easter breaks at a resort in Lech, Austria. In 1994, Prince Harry rocked a snowsuit once worn by his big brother Prince William.

Prince William’s fondness for ski trips continues up to today. In fact, he took his whole family to the French Alps in 2016. During the said trip, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge unleashed their playful side as they laughed and cuddled in the snow.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte were also present on the said trip. According to Kensington Palace, was their first time to play in the snow and the family considered it a special and fun short holiday. The then-family of four even posed for a picture and from the looks of it, they really enjoyed their vacation at the time.
