Rihanna shared a slew of pictures on Instagram from the European stretch of "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets" red carpet premiere, ignoring comments from fat shamers that surfaced on social media.

The pop singer's fuller figure has taken social media by a storm, sparking mixed feelings on her weight gain. Several users have praised her confidence when re-embracing her "thicker side" (aka #Thickanna, her fuller alter ego), but the negative critiques have managed to overshadow the positive ones.

Rihanna, 29, took to Instagram to share a photo with "Valerian" co-star Cara Delevingne, which was submerged with comments about her weight change, with one user referring to the singer as a "Disgustingggggg Pink cow." "Omg stop eating riri," another Instagrammer added.

Several users determined that Rihanna's thicker appearance could be directly attributed to pregnancy, with one user writing, "she has to be pregnant...tf is this weight?!" The fat-shaming comments have also migrated over to Twitter, with one user sharing her pictures from the Paris "Valerian" premiere, saying "Typical Black Females Stars. Getting Fat, No Surprise."

Rihanna didn't make time for her detractors, flaunting her arms in numerous Instagram photos — 12, to be exact. Fat shamers provided their feedback, but support for her fuller frame — her arms, in particular — soared. One user tweeted, "I f— with this collard greens and corn bread Rihanna tough. Her arms lookin like she know how to make a meal."

Rihanna isn't the only star to ignore fat-shaming comments on her weight.

Demi Lovato

The 24-year-old singer has dealt with fat shaming comments for years, which have emerged in the early stages of her career. Twitter users in July discussed Lovato's thicker frame, with one user saying, "demi lovato is a fat whale btw." "demi lovato is fat now *dreams shattered...*," another user tweeted.

The Albuquerque, New Mexico, native's body positive journey translated to her Instagram and Snapchat feed, showcasing her fuller image and fitness regimen. "Lovatics," for the most part, responded positively to her fuller figure.

Sasha Pieterse

Like Rihanna, the South African actor-singer has tackled fluctuating weight. This has caused her to speak out on it in 2015 and 2016 after receiving backlash from fans. Pieterse, 21, maintains that she will always be "under construction," posting a lengthy message in 2016 to address the concerns of fans, revealing she suffered from a "hormone imbalance."

"Eat like you love yourself. Move like you love yourself. Speak like you love yourself. Act like you love yourself," Pieterse posted on Instagram.

Amy Schumer

The famed stand-up is well aware of the comments fat shamers send her way, but she refuses to let that stop her from sharing photos of herself in all facets on Instagram. Schumer received a comment on a picture of her bikini she shared, saying, "I think you're way past cut off point for being skinny enough to wear a bikini." However, the 36-year-old comedian has been known to mock her own weight on various occasions, ignoring comments that may come her way.
